Spark of Humanity: Practise and Application

You are invited to join us at Noon (Eastern Time) on May 26 as we explore our potential as agents of transformation through gently guided meditation. We will begin the practice of claiming our personal sparks of humanity, the initial phase in discerning whether this is a spiritual practice we want to adopt. When we feel fluent in claiming our sparks, we will explore ways of accessing the resources to support us in this work and our willingness to do so.
There is time and space for conversation, questions, stretch breaks, and discussion, as you may be inclined. We end with an OM, in support of our biosphere.
